The Hesabdana Accounting School website is one of PersiaCMS's case studies in education website design. Hesabdana has run accounting, tax and financial-software courses in Shahin Shahr since 2015 and needed more than a showcase: one system for enrollment, payment, classes, sales, contracts and job placement.
In-person, online and virtual courses
Each course has its own delivery type, instructor, price, time-limited discount with countdown, syllabus, prerequisites, FAQ and certificate. Courses, instructors, products and coupons are unlimited.
Persian (Jalali) class calendar
Sessions are entered with Jalali dates and appear automatically in the homepage calendar, so visitors see the next class and enroll directly.
Protected course content
Online course videos can be set to protected mode: streaming only, with a moving watermark showing the student's details.
Payments and coupons
Iranian payment gateway, card-to-card payments with receipt approval from the admin panel, and a coupon system with audience, usage limits, minimum order and Jalali start/end dates.
Mobile-first student panel
Students see their courses, upcoming sessions, orders and contracts in an app-like mobile panel, with password or SMS one-time-code login.
Online contracts with digital signature
The training contract is editable from the admin panel. Students sign with a finger or mouse; each signature is stored with time, IP and a SHA-256 document fingerprint. Course access can be locked until signing, and every contract has a printable/PDF version.
Shop, accounting services and job placement
A shop for accounting books and supplies with stock and shipping options, an accounting-services section for businesses, and a job-placement unit for job seekers and employers, plus a custom plugin that collects accounting job ads in Shahin Shahr from Divar's official API.
SEO and performance
Dedicated SEO fields for every course, product and page, structured data, an automatic sitemap, readable Persian URLs and a mobile-first design.
