Project overview
SudoCloud is a complete virtual private server (VPS) sales and management platform, built entirely on the PersiaCMS core with no reliance on a pre-made theme or plugin. The goal was to create a server buying and management experience on par with professional international platforms — from the moment a customer picks a server configuration to the moment a real server is provisioned automatically on the infrastructure, with no manual intervention.
Key features
Live server configurator — using interactive sliders, the customer selects CPU cores, RAM, storage, extra bandwidth, operating system, and data center, with the final price calculated live, with no page refresh.
Full server provisioning automation — direct integration with the Virtualizor management API; immediately after payment, a real server is created and its access details (IP, root password, management panel) appear automatically in the customer's account — with no manual back-and-forth or delay.
Dedicated customer panel — a modern dashboard with live server stats, pending invoices, support tickets, and bandwidth usage; full server control (power on/off, restart, reinstall OS) and live CPU/network usage graphs, all directly from the customer panel.
Professional billing system — an internal wallet, automatic invoicing, an online payment gateway, card-to-card payment with receipt image upload, and tiered discounts based on billing cycle (quarterly to yearly).
Identity verification and security — customer identity verification via Iran's Shahkar system (matching mobile number to national ID) before any order is completed.
Powerful admin panel — fully dynamic pricing, management of multiple hardware generations with separate price multipliers, manual order entry for phone customers, and a complete log of every API call to the infrastructure for fast troubleshooting.
Responsive, professional design — a fully custom interface built around the brand's visual identity (a turquoise/navy/coral palette), compatible with both mobile and desktop.
